This Shipping Policy explains how Alpha Grid Distributor processes and ships wholesale and retail orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer; we'll notify dealers of any significant delay.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on destination, carrier, and product availability. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs (for international orders).
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email on file and made available in your customer dashboard under "Track your Order."
We currently ship within the United States. For freight, bulk pallet, or international shipping requests, please contact our sales team directly to arrange a custom quote.
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged or a package is lost in transit, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped may not be possible.
