When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and the information necessary to process your orders and dealer applications. Examples: name, business/company name, email address, phone number, and password (stored encrypted, never in plain text).

The Site is intended for business and retail customers and is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the details above to request deletion.
We do not sell your Personal Information. We share Personal Information with trusted service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contract with you — for example, payment processors, shipping carriers, and website hosting providers, each bound to protect your data. We may also share Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information, or to otherwise protect our rights.
We may use tools such as Google Analytics to help us understand how customers use the Site. You can learn more about how Google uses your information at google.com/policies/privacy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, we process your Personal Information under one or more of the following lawful bases: your consent; performance of a contract with you; compliance with our legal obligations; protection of your vital interests; performance of a task carried out in the public interest; or our legitimate interests, provided these do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
When you place an order or create an account, we retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase it. See “Your Rights” below for more on your right of erasure.
If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision-making (including profiling) where that decision has a legal or otherwise significant effect on you. We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or similarly significant effect using customer data. We may use automated fraud-screening (for example, flagging orders with repeated failed transactions) purely to protect the security of our checkout — this does not result in any automated decision affecting your rights.
California residents (CCPA): you have the right to know what Personal Information we hold about you, to request that it be corrected, updated, deleted, or ported to another service. To exercise these rights, or to designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, contact us using the details above.
All customers: you can review and update your account details from your dashboard at any time, request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us, and unsubscribe from promotional emails or texts using the link included in those messages.
A cookie is a small amount of information downloaded to your device when you visit the Site. We use functional, performance, advertising and content cookies to make your browsing experience better — for example, keeping you logged in and remembering your cart — and to understand how visitors use the Site.
Session cookies last until you stop browsing; persistent cookies last until they expire or are deleted, typically between 30 minutes and two years from the date they are set. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though blocking cookies may affect how well parts of the Site work. Blocking cookies may not fully prevent how we share information with third-party advertising partners; please follow the opt-out links in the “Behavioral Advertising & Analytics” section above.
Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to browser “Do Not Track” signals, we do not currently alter our data collection and use practices when we detect such a signal.
Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing and are never stored in plain text. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
